  • Designed a unified access control architecture tailored to departmental needs — integrating RFID, biometrics, and cloud-based management tools.
  • Installed high-security card readers and biometric scanners at critical access points including executive floors, server rooms, and finance offices.
  • Implemented a visitor registration & monitoring system, allowing real-time guest tracking and pre-registration from front desk iPads.
  • Integrated the system with CCTV, fire alarms, and emergency response protocols for cohesive building security management.
  • Trained the internal HR and IT teams on how to monitor, manage, and scale the system via a centralized admin dashboard.
